1. What time can we pick up and drop off the RV?
Pickup starts at 7:00 AM, and returns are due by 5:00 PM. Returns between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM are charged a half day rental fee, and returns after 9:00 PM are charged a full day.

2. How many miles per day are included?
Every rental includes 100 miles per day. Additional miles are billed at $1.00 to $1.70 per mile, depending on the unit.

3. How many hours of generator use are included per day?
Four hours per day are included. Additional usage averages $5 per hour.

4. We're first time renters. Will you show us how to use the RV?
Absolutely. First time renters are our specialty. More than 75% of our guests have never set foot in an RV before, so we've built our process around making it easy. At pickup, we walk you through the RV from A to Z in a thorough 30 to 60 minute orientation. By the end, you'll feel confident operating everything on board. And if anything comes up during your trip, we're just one phone call away, day or night. Great customer service is at the heart of what we do, and we want your trip to be a great one.

5. What comes with the RV?
Every rental includes bedding, towels, and toilet paper. You're welcome to bring your own kitchenware, camping chairs, and any other gear or camping essentials you'd like for your trip.

6. Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to the location of your choice. Delivery starts at $250 for locations within 20 miles, with additional miles billed at $5 per mile.

7. Can we rent an RV as a green room for a special event?
Of course! We've provided RVs as green rooms and guest suites for more than 20 special events.
